It really hurts!!
Well, as a veteran lower-back specialist, I can tell right away when things are getting serious!
The moment I picked up the cement, I felt a sharp twinge!
Oh man... I'm like, "Whoa, this is some serious stuff!!"
I'm sure those of you on the "Lower Back" list who read this blog will understand.
For now, I'm heading home to apply some ice!
