Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I saw a segment on TV recently about heatstroke prevention measures, and it really made me think, “That makes sense!” so I wanted to share it with you.
The heatstroke prevention measures I’m sharing are based on my own experiences and what I’ve learned so far.

Around this time of year, you see it a lot on TV and the radio, don't you?
It appears that cooling the AVA can significantly reduce the risk.

What's more, it seems that cooling down with water at around 15 degrees—the temperature of ordinary tap water—can significantly reduce the risk of heatstroke.
During your break, try cooling your palms along with staying hydrated!

However, as a precaution in case you absolutely can't make it on time or if you start feeling unwell,
Anyway,Let's go in the water!
Submerge your whole body in the water to cool off!
If one person keeps a close eye on the person while they're submerged in water and calls an ambulance in the meantime, it can make a huge difference in their recovery!

While taking precautions against heatstroke is important, it’s also absolutely essential that you know what to do if you do get heatstroke.
Personally, if my whole body starts twitching, I'll jump into the water! (I'll jump into a river or keep spraying myself with water from a hose.)
This is a surefire winner!
Please let them drink some water in the meantime.

It's okay to put it in the water tank, too!
The most important thing is to make sure your whole body is thoroughly cooled down.
Things like "cooling the large blood vessels in your armpits or groin..."—that sort of thing is practically useless!

The car's AC isn't working very well either!
The strongest one goes into the waterPlease keep that in mind.
In that case, please be sure to have a supervisor accompany them.
By the way, if there’s a river near the worksite, taking a dip to cool off before heading home can really help reduce the strain on your body!
I work on-site and then hop into the river to refresh myself! (Kind of like a sauna!?)
It looks like we're in for a week of rain, just like the rainy season, but once that's over, hell will break loose again!
Let's do our best to get through this!
See you later.
