I tried calculating what time I should go to bed if I have a medium draft beer at work later today!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Beer

Are you drinking? lol

Beer!

When it's this hot, beer really tastes great!

As long as I don't have to work the next day, it's fine to drink as much as I want.

But you know, when I think about work later on, it's going to be a real problem!

Well, in our industry, there are a lot of people who are like, “Who cares about that!?”—which is a bit of a problem, but...

So I just wondered, “How much is it okay to drink?” and decided to do the math lol

Apparently, this is a calculation of the amount of pure alcohol.

I figure a draft beer is usually the first drink, so I'll base my calculations on that lol

Assuming a 500-milliliter draft beer with an alcohol content of 5%

Pure alcohol content = 500 ml × 0.05 × 0.8 =20 g

Amount of alcohol that can be metabolized in one hour = body weight × 0.1 g (according to online sources)

Assuming that we slope workers weigh 75 kg,75 kg × 0.1 = 7.5 g per hour

20 g ÷ 7.5 g = 2.6 hours (2 hours 36 minutes)

I'm sleepy

Let's say it's a workday, and I wake up at 6:00 a.m. to go to work.

Of course, you’re not going to stop at just one drink—around this time of year, you usually end up having at least two, right?

That said, I’m not really a fan of carbonated drinks, so after one glass of beer, I switch to shochu (not that it matters, though...).

I'll calculate it based on three glasses of sake!

After drinking three glasses of draft beer, 2.6 hours × 3 glasses = 7.8 hours (7 hours and 48 minutes)

So that means even if I drink three glasses of draft beer, I still have to go to bed by 11:00 p.m., right!?

That said,There is quite a bit of variation from person to person, and...Apparently, when you sleep, your liver function also "sleeps" (slows down), and for some people, it takes nearly twice as long to break down substances.

It’s a little hard to imagine that it would be twice as much for someone who drinks regularly, so let’s assume it’s about 1.3 times the usual amount at the very most.

That means 7.8 hours × 1.3 (liver loss) = 10.14 hours (10 hours, 8 minutes, 24 seconds)

7:59:51.36 p.m.

You'll have to sleep there!!

If you're going to drink three 500ml glasses, this is the minimum you'll need!

With this, it feels like something I wouldn't normally drink, right!? lol

Since there’s a good chance I’ll test positive on the breathalyzer I wrote about the other day,

The need to significantly limit the time spent drinkingThere is.

I guess the only options are to cut back on drinking or to make sure I take plenty of time to recover after drinking.

And apparently, just because you went to the sauna doesn't mean there's no alcohol left in your system.

Since alcohol is processed exclusively by the liver, it's pointless lol

Please be careful.

After drinking, be sure to drink about the same amount of water! (1.5 liters of water!!)

This is the best!

Products like "○○-Rize," which are often sold at convenience stores, are soft drinks, so apparently it's better to buy the more expensive ones.

But if you drink too much, it defeats the purpose, so water is the best, lol.

See you later.

Since the use of breathalyzers will become mandatory, please start getting used to them now.
