Do you all know about Kenya's national parks?

So it's a national park in Kenya, right?

Kenya National Park

It's what's commonly known as a safari park.

I went to Tsavo East National Park.

I've heard there are several entrances, and since this one is in the East, which is close to the Mombasa area,

I went there on Sunday.

This park has train tracks and roads right next to it, and the safari is right beside it.

The scale is incredible, isn't it?

Kenya National Park

We'll be going through this gate, but before that, they'll check our tickets and so on.

Like a passport, lol

However, there were various problems here.

I bought the tickets online the day before. (See above)

Then, you show the QR code you reserved at the gate, and normally, they’d just scan it and you’d be through the gate in a flash.

But the receptionist actually wrote down the information listed there by hand lol

I applied and made the payment online.

Whaaaaaaat?!

 

That's kind of how it is, right? lol

This took a while, so I lost 30 minutes lol

 

Apparently, animals are most active early in the morning and in the evening, so even though I went specifically to catch them early in the morning...

It was a rather strange sight...

Or rather, there are a lot of things that have me wondering.

Behind the reception desk, a guy with a machine gun is watching some video and laughing his head off.

 

It really is an interesting country, isn't it?

After all that, we finally set off.

National Park HiAce

The vehicle is a modified HiAce with a mechanism that allows the top to open.

It's a system that lets you observe wildlife while standing, even as you run!

In addition to the HiAce, vehicles like the Land Cruiser 70 Long had also been modified.

The Land Cruiser 70 Long in an overseas spec? It looks absolutely awesome—I definitely want one!

So, with that, we headed out onto this vast plain!!!

There aren't any slopes at all... lol
