But they're all jumbo ones, lol.
Jumbo is convenient.
The flight from Dubai to Nairobi Airport in Kenya takes about 5 hours.
In the meantime, it's time for lunch.
On days like this, I end up eating meals over and over again, lol.
I ate every time I got on a plane, so I ended up eating about five meals a day.
At first glance, I don't think it looks very appetizing to Japanese people, but,
This is really delicious, too.
I definitely think it suits the Japanese palate.
But the snacks are sweet, so that's a bit of a problem, lol.
Since the food is delicious no matter where you eat it, Kenya—and Africa in general—might be worth a visit.
And then I arrived in Nairobi, but that's when something unexpected happened!
My drone was confiscated...
It's a small drone weighing less than 200 grams, but apparently it's not allowed in Kenya.
Bam!
That's it.
But here's the funny part: he whispers something in my ear.

"Huh? Someone from Nagoya??? You're from Nagoya and you're here??"
I realized later that, basically, it was just, “Give me some money and I’ll let you off the hook!”
So that's how it was, I guess.
The general contractor came by and interpreted for us, but it didn't work out.
It looks like pre-registration is required...
It was my fault for not checking lol. Oh well, can't be helped.
Well, I was immediately welcomed by the developing countries lol
From there, with almost no layover time, I dashed to my domestic flight!

I can't wear a T-shirt as work clothes anymore.
Well, it’s a bit drier than in Japan, so it’s actually quite a bit better.
And water keeps coming out every time something happens lol
As you'd expect in a region where water is so important, water is always flowing.
A 500-milliliter bottle of water costs just under 50 yen.
A 1-liter bottle cost about 120 yen.
Apparently, in developing countries, it’s generally considered risky to just start filming without permission, so I was told not to do it.
They said that police officers, in particular, are not allowed to take it.
It seems they’re easily picking fights and demanding bribes.
Personally, I'm really intrigued by some pretty shady stuff, but none of it works out lol
Well, since I'm here for work, I'll make sure to follow the rules and stick to taking photos within the permitted limits.
Well, I guess it can't be helped.
Anyway, I’ve made it safely from Kenya to the Mombasa area.
It took more than 30 hours.
And then, from the depths of winter to the height of summer.
Set up the eSIM too to make it ready for Africa!
