As expected, due to the earthquake, Ishikawa Prefecture has seen a massive surge of over 10%, resulting in some incredible figures.
I suppose this increase is meant to urge us to address issues such as the overtime regulations that take effect in April.
In addition, starting in April, the subsidy covering approximately 5% of the costs associated with the two-day-off-per-week system will be discontinued.
I suppose that means it all starts here.
If this amount increases, it means that if the general contractor secures the job, the contract price will go up.
This means, of course, that we subcontractors should also raise our quoted prices.
As a subcontractor, I’d like to prepare quotes that ensure a solid profit while also raising our employees’ salaries!
It’s important that both the general contractor and the subcontractors make a profit!
Let's do our best!
See you later.
