Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

Lately, the number of boxes has been increasing rapidly, and the warehouse is bursting at the seams.
But you can't really store equipment like this (large compressors and generators) at a construction site, can you?
I'm still worried about theft, after all.
No matter how many precautions I take, there’s just nothing I can do about this one thing.
Some companies install surveillance cameras, don't they?
But in the end, if it gets stolen, there’s nothing you can do but accept it and move on.
It seems there are some models these days that come with dedicated GPS units installed (as an option?), but they're quite expensive.
It seems they also take out property insurance for each model.
Machinery is a company asset and a testament to all the hard work our employees have put in, so I absolutely don’t want it stolen! That’s why I’m committed to protecting it!
Well, putting that aside lol,
This year marks the —th year for Enta Development Co., Ltd.Entering Our 15th YearI did it!
This is also thanks to the general contractor and the employees.
We are grateful to be entrusted with projects at a fair and reasonable price, and we rely on the dedication of our employees to carry them out.
I really appreciate it.
We hope to continue providing appropriate safety measures and construction services tailored to each job site, just as we have done so far, without overreaching.
The same goes for the material suppliers who provide materials to our company.
I’ll continue to do my best as always, so I look forward to your continued support.
Just between us, when I was younger (back when I was a salaryman), I hardly ever felt “grateful.”
I thought it was only natural since I’d been doing my part. (I was overseeing two or three job sites.)
However, now that I'm actually doing this work myself, I realize that it's been a huge help.
I suppose it’s partly because I’ve gotten older, but I really feel, deep down, that I’m being helped—that I’m being kept alive.

I struck out on my own and worked hard by myself, and along the way, I was helped by one person, then another; I was betrayed, and then helped again.
And since I keep getting helped over and over again—I’m surrounded by nothing but my saviors—I’m starting to think, “I’ll never be able to repay them, will I?” lol
Lately, all sorts of connections have sprung up on social media and even turned into job opportunities, which is really interesting.
When I think about it, I really can’t help but feel that we’re living in such an interesting era.
However, at its core, it’s rooted in human kindness or strictness—and ultimately, it’s brought to life through real-life interactions with people.
I expect I’ll continue to interact and work with all kinds of people in the future, but,
We, too, are constantly thinking of creative solutions and striving to incorporate new technologies, and
I think we’ll continue to refine our existing technologies even further.
We look forward to your continued support in our 15th year.
See you later.

Congratulations on your 15th anniversary.
I think that if there were more CEOs like Mr. ENTA, working conditions for employees in Japan’s construction industry would improve.
While it's important to repay a kindness, I don't think those people expect anything in return. (Of course, if someone is in trouble, it goes without saying that you should help them… (^^;))
If we pass on kindness to the next person, and then to the next, and keep connecting these acts of kindness to form a circle, I believe it will become a powerful movement.
I also plan to pass on the knowledge I’ve gained from ENTA to my juniors and colleagues!!
Thank you.
I also hope to share as much useful information as possible.
We look forward to your continued support.
