A Little More on the "Zabuton Fund"

That's a bit hard to understand, isn't it??
The prices are different for "Ue" and "Shita," aren't they?

We'll assemble and install the zabuton frame like this.

Let's assume the standard thickness of this zabuton frame is 10 cm of mortar.
10 cm is the market unit price for sprayed mortar.
So, what happens when the direction and angle are different, as shown in the photo above?
If we’d known from the start, we would have discussed it with the local government right away.
If it deviates from the standard rate, it’ll be adjusted in the estimate; if the standard rate is acceptable, then it’ll be set at a reasonable level.
Please work things out with the government office.

The red portion represents 10 cm of sprayed mortar (market unit price), and the blue portion represents the settlement for the drainage concrete work.
Actually, it can sometimes be easier to understand if the contractor breaks down the estimate into separate items. Although, a percentage breakdown is fine, too.

The measurement method involves measuring the heights of the four sides.
Based on that, calculate the average height, multiply it by the area of the base to determine the total volume, and then subtract the 10-centimeter portion.
Example of Calculating the Quantity of Zabuton Frames

Zabuton frame area = 2.121 m × 2.121 m – {(0.392 × 0.392 ÷ 2) × 4} = 4.191 m²
4.191 m² × 0.375 m =1.57 m³ (total)
0.1 m × 4.191 m² =0.4191 m³ (sprayed mortar)
General—Sprayed Mortar Work = Concrete Drip Edge Work
1.57 m³ - 0.4191 m³ =1.15 m³
Based on this calculation,
Mortar Spraying Work = 4.19 m²
Drainage concrete work = 1.15 m³
That’s the number, so if you multiply it by the unit price, you’ll get the total amount.
Ultimately, this quantity will also be subject to change by the government agency. However, there may be cases where they don't review it...
Let's make sure to measure carefully, discuss thoroughly, and get the necessary changes made.

This photo is a textbook example of a zabuton frame! If you don’t reinforce it with anchors and rebar to this extent… the surface won’t turn out right, and it’ll warp, won’t it!
Since the number of pins definitely won't match, I've decided to ask the manufacturer to revise the calculation data.

Actually, our slope construction team is really good at making zabuton frames!
I guess I should post a picture of the finished product too, lol.
However, even when the materials arrive, we can't start construction right away.
I'd like to ask SE to review the cost estimate.
I've never actually installed it almost exactly as is.
You definitely need a guide net, and if you don't set the anchor securely, it'll shift.
It takes a little know-how, you know.
