Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Somehow, I feel both busy and free at the same time.
Overall, I'm pretty bored, lol.
That said, if you're wondering if we have a surplus of staff, there are actually plenty of young newbies (with less than a year of experience) (lol).
Since I can't go anywhere to help out, I'll just have them paint something at the office...
But that's beside the point.
Calculating the "Zabuton" Budget (About Money)

Recently—or rather, for some time now—I’ve been looking at cost estimation documents for zabuton frames, and while I could have used cost estimation software (we use Gaia),
There are times when I just want to take a quick look at something in Excel.
So, I converted the standard labor rates provided by the manufacturer into an Excel file to make it easier to calculate them.

Enter the labor cost per craftsman (refer to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s labor cost rates) in the yellow fields, and specify the number of craftsmen (minimum 5, maximum 7).
Since the standard construction rate is listed on the right, enter the number of units assembled and installed per day.
Please apply the corrections based on the gradients shown in the table below.
This correction ranges from 0.1 to 1.0.If you enter 1, the result will be the same as the total labor costs.
For depths up to 10 cm from the surface, payment is based on the market rate for sprayed mortar; for depths below that, payment is based on the rate for concrete drip edge work.
I suspect many people at construction companies aren’t aware of this, but since the cost is calculated based on the thickness of the concrete used for the drainage layer, the price varies depending on how thick it is.
If the construction company will be performing the work, please enter your company’s unit price in the “Mortar Spraying” section.
Please enter the quantities for the drainage concrete work at a height of 15 cm or more.
Please note that the unit price for assembly and installation is separate from that for spray application.
I'm just putting this together roughly, but for now, it quickly comes up with a decent amount.
Please use this for reference only.
