Pushing Your Body Too Hard When You're Young Will Catch Up with You in Your 40s | Health Management

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

How busy are you?

For some reason, everything's piling up, and this month has turned into absolute hell for us.

Man, the worst part is my back hurts lol

Slope Worker, Lower Back Pain

Aren't there a lot of people in this industry?

I've had lower back pain for many years now, and my knees give out, causing me to collapse suddenly.

Well, I'll just grit my teeth and push through, but my back hurts lol

I'm thinking of wearing a corset starting tomorrow for a little while.

It's because (I'm grateful, but) I'm so busy that my back is totally shot lol

Plus, since you have to drill while keeping an eye on things, it really takes a toll on your back, doesn't it?

Ah, I'm just wondering if there's an admin lying around somewhere lol

If I did that, I’d be happy to do the work (drilling operation)...

Please, just spare me from having to hold the casing.

Everyone, please be sure to take good care of your lower back while you work.

Young people shouldn't get too cocky either!

If a machine can do it, use it as much as possible. Don't strain yourself by lifting heavy objects.

Everything you’ve built up in your younger years catches up with you in your 40s, right? That goes for both your career and your health.

They say you should seek out hardship. That’s true, but when it comes to physical hardship, it’s best to keep it to a minimum.

The "hardships" mentioned above are what we call "experience."

I’d like you to gain a variety of experiences. Not just slope stabilization work, but also operating anchor installation equipment and working as a supervisor.

Just choose the parts you like or think you could get good at from among those options and turn them into your job.

Age doesn't matter! The moment you think, "Let's do this!" is the moment for change.

I know I got a little off track there, lol, but let's all take good care of our bodies!

Especially your own body!!

See you later.
