Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I went to a company to join an association! lol
Well, personally, I went there thinking, “I guess this is the interview to join that association?”

It turned out to be more fun than I expected, and we ended up chatting happily for two hours.
I had such a good time that I came home thinking, “It’s okay if I don’t join the association after all” (which is kind of putting the cart before the horse, lol).
One thing that occurred to me while I was there was,People who are disliked will be disliked no matter where they go.That's what I mean
It was my first time meeting someone from that company, but,
As we were chatting about various things, we realized we both hate the same person! lol!!
Actually, this person is pretty widely disliked, lol.
Well, that person hates me too, lol.
Why are people who are disliked everywhere they go disliked?
That's what I thought, so I looked it up.

[Warning] 10 Characteristics of People Who Are Actually Prone to Being Disliked 1: People who only talk about the past 2: People who talk about themselves all the time 3: People Who Brag a Lot 4: People Who Don't Listen to Others' Opinions 5: People who make requests assuming others will listen to them 6: People Who Try to Please Everyone 7: People Who Interrupt 8: People Who Don't Smile 9: People Who Are Quick to Doubt Others 10: People who speak down to others 11: Self-centered and unwilling to help others |

What do you think?
Take a look at the list above and compare it to the people you hate, lol.
You have people like that at your workplace, too, right?
People like that.
I think you can find people like this at every company.
But there's absolutely no way I could fix that.
You know how people always say...
"You can't change others, but you can change yourself."Like...
Instead of expecting others to change, I’ll change myself.
So, in my case, I just completely avoid people I don't like lol
It's frustrating, after all.
But what about colleagues you work with?
It's really unpleasant to work with that person, isn't it?
But since it's work, I just have to put my feelings aside and get the job done.
For example, let's say we excluded that person.
Can you imagine what would happen then?
There is a rule of thumb known as the "Rule of 262," and
2: High Achievers
6: Ordinary People
2: People Who Can't Do It
In that case, if one person who can't do it is removed, one ordinary person becomes someone who can't do it.
In short, it means the ratio remains the same.

After all, if there are people like that who are disliked and that’s what keeps the balance, what do you think?
There's nothing we can do about it, so I guess we'll just have to leave it as is, huh? lol (Organizationally speaking, too.)
But working with someone I don't like is really tough, so either someone has to make a sacrifice, or...
I suppose I just don't understand why people say there's nothing to do but put up with it.
I also went through a period in the past where I was getting frustrated working on-site with a senior colleague (boss) I didn't like, lol.
At the time, I didn't like that person's approach and found it annoying, but (they were sucking up to higher-ups at government offices and companies)
I've found that as long as I just do my own job thoroughly, people tend to overlook me more than you'd think.
And I never talk about my personal life at all—just work reports and updates.
That reminds me of how I was able to work with a clear head, without any interactions outside of work.
Looking back now, I feel that it’s more important to interact with people I don’t like in a constructive way rather than cutting them out of my life.
That’s one way to deal with someone you don’t like.
Since simply venting my emotions won't solve anything, I'll keep my cool and calmly and quietly go about my work.
And when it comes to people I get along with, I just have fun working with them! (That contrast is key!)
Just by setting clear boundaries, defining your role, and focusing on your work, your mindset changes, doesn't it? ^^
There are bound to be one or two people around you whom you don't like, so manage your emotions well and work safely.
That said, when someone does something that annoys me, I go, “Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
It really bugs me when something like that goes against my values, lol.
See you later.
