"Who's More Important: Managers or Craftsmen?"

"Are Managers and Craftsmen on Equal Footing?"

Act all high and mighty

I say that because we got to talking about this a bit, so I wanted to ask you guys too, lol.
(Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments!)

I handle construction management myself, and I also work on-site as a craftsman.

We handle both cost estimation and design.

I talk with all kinds of construction managers, and I also talk with the craftsmen.

Something occurred to me while I was there.

I asked this question because I wanted everyone to think about it for a moment.

    Thank you for your hard work. I’ve always believed that without construction managers, the site wouldn’t move forward and the craftsmen wouldn’t be able to do their jobs; and without the craftsmen, the construction work couldn’t be done and the project wouldn’t be completed—so I think the two roles are on equal footing. We have some colleagues at our company who act like gods on the job site, but I find that attitude unsettling.

      That's really what it's all about, isn't it?

      The god of management really shouldn't get in the way of the god of craftsmanship!
      Even God believes in coexistence and mutual prosperity! lol
