Why We Can Handle a Wide Range of Projects | The Comprehensive Capabilities of a Slope Construction Specialist

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I’ve been hearing this a lot lately, but there seem to be quite a few people who think we’re an anchor shop, lol.

Drilling Machine

I totally understand.

I tend to use anchor tags a lot in my blog posts, too, don't I?

But you know, you can actually make slopes, lol.

It's possible, but lately there have been a lot of anchor workers in particular.

We can handle all aspects of management.

But I actually get most of my work as an anchor, lol.

And as I mentioned the other day, I’ve also been getting some work from the private sector, you know~

We really are supported by our general contractors, our private clients, and our employees.

But as a company, we really rely on our employees, don't we?

That’s exactly why you’re getting work from all over the place, isn’t it?

I suppose that’s why we’re getting those kinds of jobs—probably because, just like me, our employees are looking to work as anchor fitters.

I believe our employees are everything.

I want to value the people who work for me and help me.

I want to value general contractors who value their employees.

On the other hand, when people start saying this or that about our employees, I’m like, “Huh?” lol

That said, I do think I’m aware of who I click with and who I don’t, lol.

A company is its people.

It’s simply not possible for the company to come first.

That’s exactly why I think employees should feel free to speak up for themselves.

I think what matters is whether you can handle the situation in a mature way and reach a compromise with the company regarding that claim.

Company > Employees

That is not the case.

Company = Employees

What?!

If you can't even speak your mind at a company, you're better off quitting.

It's nothing but stress.

Isn't your company's president a bit arrogant?

That company's going to go under soon, isn't it?? (It's just a matter of time.)

Company = President = Employees

No matter how large a company may be, any company that forgets this spirit will go out of business.

That’s because when the president puts himself first, all that matters is that he himself is there.

President

Despite that, the company is run by your chairman? Your department head? Your section chief? They must be nice people, huh? lol

I guess there's someone you want to follow.

I always think to myself.

He said that the reason I'm able to do my job is because the employees are working so hard.

That's why I want to meet our employees' expectations as much as possible and incorporate their requests.

A reign of terror isn't really my style, lol

How about your company?

Is this a company where you can speak your mind?

We want our company to be a place where people can speak their minds as much as possible. (Poison)

See you later.

I always enjoy reading your posts. You slip in references to Sorimachi so casually that I just had to point it out. My apologies.

I'm sure everyone else feels the same way, lol.

Thanks for your bold comment, lol.
