It's what they call a "trumpet tube," huh? lol
When inserting the anchor body into the casing,

Ideally, it should have a curve like a trumpet.
Initially, I created this shape using 3D CAD.
However, this shapeSpinningIf you have it finished that way, it will cost about 60,000 yen.
So,Vendor BendingIf you do it there, it will cost around 20,000.
Considering the cost, we decided against the extrusion method.
Attach the old casing to this, weld the inside and outside neatly, and remove any burrs.
We'll also finish the outer edge with a nice, smooth curve.
Finally, we’ll finish with a coat of rust-preventive paint.
Check with your bare hands to make sure there are no rough spots or burrs,As long as it feels smooth to the touch, that's fine.That's it.
Even if you don't use an old casing and instead make the insert part by bending the metal, it's actually pretty easy to make.

Attach the suction hose here to prevent the machine from getting dirty during grout injection.
