My daily maintenance routine is nearing its end.
The reason is that all the machinery has been delivered to the site today, and construction will begin next week.
The remaining tasks include the control panel for the vertical mixer and welding the G-ring on the squeeze pump.
Just doing some cleaning as a general laborer, lol.
But that's beside the point.
When it comes to construction machinery, I think the scariest machines are the ones with motors.
So, I decided to improve safety.
Improve Safety
Blenders are actually pretty scary machines, aren't they?
Getting caught up in an accident over something as trivial as that would be a disaster.
I thought, “Let’s try to improve safety even a little bit to ensure the safety of our workers!”
I also tried to come up with ways to raise awareness of the dangers among both beginners and those around them.
When the motor starts running,
The red light spins around and around.
The siren is definitely too loud, so I won't turn it on lol
It only moves while the mixer is running, so it will stop if you turn the motor off.
I mounted it in a spot where it wouldn't get caught on a wire hook.
Since it's a red light, workers nearby can see it right away.
Of course, the operator turns it on and off manually, and you can tell because it makes a sound, but it’s convenient because it’s visible even from a distance.
Probably,This is the first grout mixer in the world to feature a red light!

Recent Trends
Following a spate of accidents involving people being caught in motors and other machinery, the next step was the installation of rotating warning lights.
In particular, the sprayers are now equipped with rotating lights.
As things stand, it is mandatory at NEXCO job sites.
Still, this is a positive trend.
Even though people say you can tell whether the motor is running or not, accidents are still happening.
It's a bit of a hassle, but if you make sure the rotating light is visible while the motor is running, it will be easier for people around you to understand what's going on.
Important Things on the Job Site
Who is doing what, and where?That is extremely important.
You absolutely must not be indifferent.
I hope we can all be mindful of one another so that we can work safely.

I think it’s not just a matter of turning the power on and off—if you don’t trip the circuit breaker, it could be dangerous during cleaning.
It might turn on by accident while I'm fiddling with it...

This ON/OFF indicator is simply a visual representation of whether the motor is running.
It's a device that lets people nearby know that the dough is being kneaded, that the kneading is in progress, or that the machine is running.
You cannot operate the circuit breakers here, and as a general rule, you must not raise or lower the circuit breakers inside the control panel (only qualified personnel may do so).
Also, the barrier is not meant to be lowered just for cleaning.
It has recently become standard practice to unplug the power cable from the generator before performing mechanical cleaning.
