The other day, we went through the entire process from the interview to the hiring decision.

It really is a challenge to pick 6 people out of 18!

That said, we usually finalize the hiring decisions for interns from both companies (Enta and Izumi) within about two hours.

My interview process is very simple: it begins once the candidate enters the room.

After giving instructions on how to enter, proper conduct, and the physical fitness test, how will they go about starting on their own?

Do you do it while being mindful of those around you, or do you just focus on yourself?

I check things like how the arrangements around me are going.

Actually, it's not just a physical fitness test, lol.

I'll wrap up those points, and then just go with my gut and the vibe to make a quick decision.

Let's be honest—what can you really understand in a country where you can't even communicate without an interpreter?

It's all about the examinees' facial expressions and behavior.

The key is training after hiring!

I’ve been living in Nepal until now, and since I’ll be starting a new job in Japan, I’m undergoing retraining there.

It would be a problem if someone's behavior were too bad, but for an ordinary person, it's perfectly fine.

With some retraining, they'll be a real asset!

If possible, someone who works hard is the best, but there’s no way to know for sure, lol.

I don't have that kind of eye for it, lol.

We’ve hired six people for now, while hoping they’ll be motivated!

I'm sure they'll do their best! (Seriously, lol)

Because this is the Japan they dreamed of!!
