Well, the fiscal year has come to a close, and April 2025 (the new fiscal year) has begun!
How has your year been so far?
We have quite a few projects carried over from last year, so we're managing just fine.
So, we're still swamped with work and short-staffed.
I'm really grateful.
Since last year was an all-time nightmare,
I've got a ton of work this year, so I'm planning to give it my all.
Let's do our best!
But that's beside the point.
The other day, the Technical Intern Training Organization conducted an audit at our Izumi Koken facility in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture.
The reason for this is that,

That's the kind of look they give you. (Even if the organization says that's not the case, that's the kind of investigation it is, right? lol)
Workplace harassment, violence, low wages, long working hours, and unpaid wages

Personally, I have all the necessary and related documents, so,
I’m not afraid of anything, and above all, I believe there’s no bullying, violence, or anything like that, so I’m feeling confident!
I also made sure to speak my mind freely to the organization, but,
Well, the agency was quite reasonable and concluded that the company wasn't at fault.
Why couldn't they stop it when it looked like it was about to take off? Why couldn't they ask that question?
Someone asked that question. (It’s actually a more complicated issue, though.)
I'm not sure if it's a good or bad idea to write something like this, but,
I think people who ask questions like this are decent people who have no connection to truly bad people (those who are committing or planning to commit crimes).
To get to the heart of the matter, even the police gather evidence and then suddenly show up to make an arrest one day.
People who pry into every little detail without any evidence really don't understand a thing. (The belief that people are inherently good is impossible.)
If you ask that, you'll be out the door that very day. (It's like asking a criminal, "Are you committing a crime?" lol)
Even if you ask, “Do you use any over-the-counter drugs that require a prescription (like stimulants)?” they’ll just say, “No, I don’t,” right? LOL
Absolutely.
After you took a look at our new dormitory design and various other aspects, you recognized us as a company with no issues—which, in turn, put our minds at ease.
It’s like they’re saying, “Come every year!” lol. I think that’s actually better because it helps keep my paperwork in order. (The tax office should say, “Come every year!!” too.)
If something's wrong, I'll fix it!!! (I don't want to go about it on the sly—I'd rather complain openly and in accordance with the law lol)
Well, that's how it ended this time, but things like this are likely to happen again in the future.
Well, that's fine in its own way, though. (It's up to each person to decide where to work and what they want to do.)
Also, most of the trainees who have “vanished” tend to end up working for unlicensed private demolition companies or private industrial waste disposal firms.
Even though they know this, why doesn't Immigration conduct surprise inspections??
