Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, we completed an inspection by the Technical Intern Training Organization for the first time in three years.

Companies that hire technical interns once every three years are subject to an inspection.
We will review all records and inspect everything related to payroll, paid time off, and attendance.
Of course, the union checks our daily reports and the like once every three months, so there aren't any major problems.
It just seems like things are getting stricter every year, and the checks are getting tougher, lol.
It goes without saying that everything should add up, but it’s important to verify the items deducted from your paycheck and the basis for those deductions.
Everything will be inspected.
Including details about the dormitory.
Well, in our case, we’re pretty thorough, so I’m pretty sure we’ll be fine lol (I’m confident in our paperwork).

When you think about it, since we public sector workers are used to paperwork, even those of us who don’t like it can handle it fairly smoothly, right?
Since we're always asked to submit documents for technical intern trainees, we can hand them in at any time lol
That's how neatly it's organized.
On the other hand, it must be really tough for people outside the construction industry, I suppose.
Since there probably aren't many opportunities like that.
Surprisingly, the Technical Intern Training Program in the construction industry is actually quite well-organized.
Conversely, are companies that don't fit that description the ones that handle mostly private-sector projects, or perhaps those that handle only private-sector projects?
That's what I think.
People often refer to it as “slavery,” but in reality, technical interns are actually very well protected by the law, so
For us public sector workers, it feels like we’re the ones being asked, “So which one of us is the slave?”
I mean, people just say whatever they want, lol.
It's something only employers can understand, though.

They know that Japanese law favors workers, so they’re being pretty bold, aren’t they? lol
Well, we'll do our best to keep up with them, though. (Not through violence or workplace harassment, lol.)
I guess it's a case of give and take.
This trend will continue to accelerate in the future.
We'll both have more to think about, but let's try to make it work.
We're also happy to answer any questions you may have about the process of accepting technical interns. www
Employers must be feeling anxious too.
I'll tell you everything lol
See you later.
