Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Are there any job openings posted at Hello Work?
We actively post job openings and conduct job candidate interviews quite frequently.

There are also service providers that specialize in various tips and tricks and use them exclusively for that purpose.
This is a company that can help you get more job center interviews, lol.
If you go through this service, you'll have more opportunities to get interviews through the Job Center. (I can refer you if you're interested.)
So far, so good, but recently there has been an increase in unscrupulous operators posing as job seekers.
The other day, the company received a phone call, and...
"I saw your job posting for civil engineering workers at Hello Work.
"I have a quick question. Please call me at 080-○○○○-○○○○."
So I gave them a call.
So, it turned out they weren't actually job seekers—they came to that company? It was a tactic to get them to refer job openings to us!!!
To begin with,They pose as job seekers to obtain the phone numbers of companies listed on Hello Work and then call them. That's right.
From our perspective as a company, this is practically tantamount to fraud, isn't it!
Most likely, the job posting that came to that company was also a lie—they just pulled it from somewhere at random to make it seem like a match, and
I assume that means they receive a referral fee from the company.

Recruitment agencies these days are really shady!
I don't think you should use recruitment agencies that make offers like this.
I do think there are plenty of excellent recruiters when it comes to job changes.
However, you should avoid unscrupulous recruitment agencies that are willing to lie just to close a deal.
Conversely, job seekers should not use such agencies either.
Go to the Job Center and take a good look at the job listings, and
Checking things for myself, looking at the website, and checking social media.
I want you to choose a company after carefully checking it out for yourself.
Think things through for yourself!
Your work has an impact on the rest of your life.
Even if someone tells you, “That company is great!”—please do your own thorough research and think it through for yourself.
If you get caught up with a shady recruiter and end up working at a weird place, you'll be wasting your life!

If there were a place to report these kinds of shady businesses, I’d definitely report them all the time, lol.
It really makes me angry because we're seriously looking to hire here.
And this is happening in the construction industry—which is already said to be facing a labor shortage!!
I guess it's just business, but I suppose that means they won't even give me the time of day if I use the standard method.
I'm sure your company has also received calls from unscrupulous businesses like this.
Let's be careful on our way there!
See you later.
