When it comes to work, we make preparations, but we each take care of our own preparations, right?
But as you get a little older, you start to take charge of the arrangements for your own group and for the entire group, don't you?
Since everyone takes care of their own arrangements, there are no complaints whatsoever.
However, it’s really tough for the people in charge of team coordination, overall coordination, and machine setup.
Because it will be criticized.
It's really hard to plan things for anyone other than myself.
Since their actions differ from my own, I have to take charge and ensure the team is moving in the same direction.
As for the plan, if even one person has a different idea, everyone ends up saying, “This plan is a mess!”
Plus, the people who usually criticize are the ones who are far removed from those in leadership roles, lol.
The most important thing for someone in charge of planning is to think ahead.
It’s about always planning ahead—thinking about “what if” scenarios and “depending on the situation,” and so on.
Even if it’s a bit of a waste, just doing enough to feel like, “If I do this much, I’ll be completely covered!” is plenty. (That’s my prediction! lol)
Even things that seem pointless to an outsider can, depending on the time and circumstances, turn out to be a good thing!
Planning is also about keeping work moving, and,
I think the key is figuring out how to get the team to work safely and smoothly.
However, since everything is done based on the organizer’s subjective judgment, it tends to be seen as a waste of time from an objective perspective, which is the hard part.
But in reality, I think it’s fine as long as about 80 percent of it goes well.
If you're in charge of planning, go ahead and plan with confidence!
Actually, there is no right answer!
It’s only in the past tense, after the job is done and it went well, that you realize you did the right thing.
People who are in charge of planning are always anxious. (Although you do get used to it.)
After all, no matter how much experience you have, there are always plenty of things that just don't go as planned.
If someone starts complaining about the arrangements, just say, “In that case, can I ask you to handle it starting tomorrow?”
And if things don't go well that day, you can just make up for it later ^^
