When things get busy at Enta, there’s a set I’m in charge of, lol (It’s seriously tough when I have to go out there sometimes).

I believe that the best way for a company to run smoothly is, after all, to put employees first.

When employees take initiative, think for themselves, and take action on their own, the company makes a profit.

When a company makes a profit, it’s easier for that to be reflected in employees’ salaries.

I actually think it's easier for local companies to raise salaries, lol.
