A Great Find (How to Build a Self-Driving Organization)

Hello, everyone

This is Enta.

Is your company self-sustaining?

This "self-driven" approach means that employees keep the construction moving forward on their own, without their supervisors having to keep a constant eye on them, and

It just means that, before you know it, it’s all over!

Run

Within the minimum set of rules (common specifications and internal rules),

Work proceeds efficiently when employees are free to plan and carry out the work on their own, right?

A management book has been published on how to develop such employees.

How to Build a Self-Managing Organization

I haven't read much past the beginning either, but here it is lol

Actually, a friend of mine wrote this book, and I'm a huge fan.

I highly recommend it to everyone.

He was originally a middle school teacher and is an education professional.

If you're part of a school organization, what's it really like to manage in such a closed-off environment?

People tend to think that, but it’s exactly the same in the real world, isn’t it?

The situation at the company hasn't really changed much.

A company that offers a lot of freedom is really rewarding, isn't it?

How about your company?

The big companies used to offer a ton of freedom, though...

Things are really tough these days, huh? lol (It's a storm of compliance issues.)

You actually need an approval form just to spend 5,000 yen? LOL

Conversely, in small and medium-sized contractor firms like ours, the president is still the driving force.

At some companies, the president is always on the job site, isn't that right?

When things get busy at Enta, there’s a set I’m in charge of, lol (It’s seriously tough when I have to go out there sometimes).

Up

I believe that the best way for a company to run smoothly is, after all, to put employees first.

When employees take initiative, think for themselves, and take action on their own, the company makes a profit.

When a company makes a profit, it’s easier for that to be reflected in employees’ salaries.

I actually think it's easier for local companies to raise salaries, lol.

To help make our company that kind of place, I recommend giving this a read.

By the way, we’ve also developed a dating app that helps you get to know others and learn more about yourself.

I think this app will be especially useful for anyone who's struggling with personnel management!
