When I ride my bike to work or other places, it feels like pollen is stinging my eyes.

Wearing a regular mask and glasses makes you look pretty suspicious, but if you're already suspicious, then...

...I bet it would be so comfortable to wear a mask like this all the time~

But that's beside the point.

The other day, I took a communication assessment.

Since this involves interpersonal communication, the teacher asks all sorts of questions.

You will assess for yourself which of the four rating levels best fits your answer.

As you compile this data, you end up with what is known as your own communication graph.

A. Capacity for Social Responsibility

B. Ability to Express Love

C. Ability to Analyze the Current Situation

D. Ability to Express Oneself

E. Self-control

F. Ability to Express Oneself

Points are assigned to each item, and these are evaluated using a line graph.

I ended up with a graph showing that D's self-expression ability peaked at a very high level, then sloped downward toward A and F.

Characteristics of D include

A spontaneous, cheerful, innocent, and curious person who dislikes being restricted—the childlike type.
Curious, proactive, creative, open-minded, and always enjoying life with dreams and hopes.
However, he is self-centered and lacks teamwork. He also tends to get bored easily, craves attention, and has little patience.

That was the verdict, lol

I hear that each institution makes a comprehensive decision based on the scores.

If you know the other person's habits, it becomes easier to communicate, and

I thought this assessment was perfect for the kind of work we do as a team.

It looks like you can build a well-balanced, unbeatable team, lol.

We'll be conducting this for all our employees this coming April.
