Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, the rod on the suspended core drill broke.
So, I guess I'll just call the manufacturer, right?
"My rod broke! And I'd only drilled about 50 holes, each 3.5 meters deep!"
Well, I guess this is turning into what you'd call a "complaint," lol.
The drilling rod broke, so we only did the setup that day and finished in half a day, but,
Just yesterday, the president of Hirado Yokohama Co., Ltd. went out of his way to bring it to us by truck all the way from Yokohama!
That's just not possible!
I'm so surprised!!!
I really appreciate it. (I don't think this happens very often, so it's quite rare!)
When someone does something like this for me, I feel so grateful that I can’t imagine turning to anyone else.

Also, they’ve even taken into account the possibility that the rod might break, and
He even left a spare rod for me. (Of course, I’ll return it if I don’t end up using it, haha.)
And the bits that go with it, too!! (Of course, I'll give them back if I don't use them, lol)

OurThe most important thing on a job site is to keep the site running!
However, there are times when the machine inevitably stops due to malfunctions or other issues.
When the work site changes, the machine's performance changes too.
The key is how to follow up on that.
Since Mr. Hirado Yokohama brought it over this time, the downtime was limited to just one day.
What's more, since it was delivered directly first thing in the morning, we were able to start drilling right away.
I’d like to build a long-term relationship with contractors who understand that I don’t want to halt work on-site!
I look forward to your continued support, lol
Thank you very much!
I'm so, so grateful this time, and I thought I'd write about it on my blog before I forget, lol.
See you later.
