Over the past few months, we've added about three people to the team, ranging from veterans to younger employees lol
In terms of ratios, the team consists of one veteran manager (plus one planned addition), one trainee manager, and one craftsman.
Up until now, I’ve been taking on management tasks more or less as a side gig. (Of course, I do my job perfectly, lol.)
That was the case, but now we need to start doing it in earnest.
I've started to feel that I need to take my role as a professional more seriously.
It's just a hunch for now, lol.
But that's beside the point.
I was talking with a director.
There are supervisors who submit documents on behalf of the general contractor, and others who say it would be a problem if that were to happen in the future.
Documents submitted for someone else’s sake, to help them get better.
I can't do thatThe site supervisor is a piece of shit!
If you're the kind of site supervisor who would have trouble dealing with that in the future, maybe you should quit?
If constantly thinking about how to manage things as easily as possible ends up benefiting the general contractor, then you should definitely go for it!
It's okay to do it for yourself! As long as it ultimately benefits the general contractor.
There are some real jerks even among site supervisors.
Even at major general contractors, there are some jerks. (You know, the "certification fanatics," lol.)
A coach who ignores those kinds of jerks and deliberately does the things he finds troublesome or doesn't want to do is the best kind of coach!
With that in mind, I commend the manager who’s struggling through tough times without even realizing he’s destined to become the greatest manager!
It’s a shame that there seem to be so few directors like that these days—it’s because there are bosses who are stifling their potential.
I don't know everything about slopes either.
However, there are plenty of tech experts who can help.
That is precisely why I realize that entertainment development itself is viable.
It’s truly wonderful that the director realizes this project only works because of all of you!
I feel like the essence of being a director lies in that drive to constantly innovate and strive to be better than anyone else.
Always be resourceful, always think! That’s what it means to be a coach.I think that's probably the case.
