Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Continuing from the other day, let's use a checklist to determine how to assess stone masonry!
These Stone Walls Are Seriously Dangerous! Top 5!!

Checklist for Assessing the Condition of Stone Masonry
1. Is it a dry stone wall?
Does the term "open-face masonry" refer to whether the back is covered with concrete?
If concrete is not used, the structure will be built using dry stone masonry.
2. Even though it's a stone wall, is it overgrown with plants?
If the vegetation is growing thickly, it means there are many gaps, and the structure may already be cracking.
3. Are there any vertical cracks?
This is bad.
4. Are there any areas where the stonework is coming loose?
This is pretty crazy, too.
5. Is the flat surface at the top of the stone wall sinking?
If the top of the stone wall is sinking, it’s possible that soil particles are being washed away.
6. Are there any cracks at the top of the stone wall?
Please think of it as being on the verge of collapse.
7. There are significant gaps between the stones in the masonry.
If the gap is 5 cm or more, that's a problem.
8. Overall, the stonework has subsided.
On the brink of collapse.
9. They're serving harami.
It's about to collapse.
10. Most of the grout has fallen out.
It’s caused by wear and tear over time, but this is just the beginning.
11. When it rains, murky water flows out from the stone wall.
Water channels have formed completely, washing away soil particles and causing the interior to collapse.

Since I’d like to get a quote without having to visit the site if possible, I’d like to share the information needed for the next quote.
As for why I didn't go there in person,
People who aren't serious tend to give low estimates,Complete IgnoreThat's why, lol
We simply can't afford to spend any more money on that.
I plan to make decisions based on photos as much as possible and only conduct on-site inspections for those who are serious about moving forward with the project.
See you later.
