Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Construction Methods for Static Crushing (Part 1)
Construction Methods for Static Crushing (Part 2)
This is a continuation of the article on static crushing methods.

The procedure involves drilling holes throughout the structure and injecting the chemical agent (static fragmentation agent) all at once.
Try to have it split up as much as possible on the same day.
In this video, I'm using a product called Power Blaster.
Pacific Materials—Static Crushing Agent
There are two types: the standard Blister and the Power Blister.
The difference lies in how long it takes to break.
Normally, 12 to 24 hours
In terms of power, it lasts 1 to 3 hours
Even if it cracks on its own during installation,If it is in a location where there is no impact (safety is ensured), use the standard type. That's fine.
However, it's a place where you don't know what will happen if it breaks.
For example, if it breaks on its own...the possibility of it falling onto the road, or,
Power-type locations where there’s a risk of causing trouble for others or causing accidents!
I just want it to crack open while I'm watching!
That would beAbsolutely SafeThat's it.

Therefore, the plan involves determining the sections (ranges) to be divided, and
Drilling → Injection of chemical agent → Curing → Cracking
Should we do this all in one day, or should we drill all the holes first and then split them at the end?
It would be best to decide to do that.
Doing so will allow for safer construction work.
See you later.
