Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Have you ever heard of a static crushing operator?

To put it simply,A construction method that quietly breaks rock and concreteThat's it.
Although this is a fairly common and widely used construction method, I imagine there are still many people who have never tried it.
I think we slope engineers actually use it more than you'd expect, lol.
You use this when you want to cut a rock on a slope at a clean angle, right?

This time, we were crushing concrete.
Drill a φ40 hole using a rock drill
As for equipment,
Vibration-Damping Gloves
Safety Glasses
Earplugs
This is a must.

It makes a world of difference whether you have it or not, and it affects how tired you get, so it's a must-have!
Since this is something I definitely use for work, the company will cover the cost, right? ^^ lol
As for rock drills, I’d recommend getting a vibration- and noise-reducing model if possible!
This really makes a huge difference in the numbness in my hands, too!!

While implementing these measures on the product, two people should work in shifts for about 15 minutes each time.
Prolonged use of power tools is extremely dangerous because it can cause white finger syndrome!
| Powdery mildew is,A type of vibration-induced disorder caused by the use of vibrating toolsIt is an occupational disease characterized by a condition in which the blood vessels in the fingers constrict, causing the fingers to turn white (Raynaud's phenomenon). It is particularly common among people who use vibrating machinery, such as rock drills and chainsaws, for long periods of time. |
Vibrating tail tools vary depending on the modelThree-axis composite value of the frequency-corrected root-mean-square vibration accelerationThat's not right.
The available time is strictly determined by that three-axis composite value.
We slope workers tend to use rock drills and rotary hammers pretty casually to drive anchor pins, but actually, we’re not supposed to use them continuously all day long, lol.
We tend to do that, don't we...
We recommend taking breaks as often as possible.
As a general guideline, take a 10-minute break after using it for 30 minutes.
Other than that, you'll just need to use some vibration-damping products.
Vibration Control Measures (White Wax Syndrome)—I wrote too much on this topic, so next time I’ll cover the static crushing procedure.
See you later.
