Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, my iPhone went plop, plop into the river and floated away, but,
These days, you can get your money back through insurance! Haha
If it gets stolen, lost, or damaged, won't the insurance cover it?
Smartphones these days are expensive, and since they’re more likely to be damaged than you are in a car accident, insurance is important.

But that's beside the point.
It happens a lot this time of year, but I'm working on a cost estimate.
People tend to think of cost estimation as difficult, but,
Quantity surveying used to involve staring intently at a yellow book, gathering various documents, and calculating and adding up the unit prices.
I haven't been doing that lately.
Each company uses various cost estimation software to perform cost estimates.
If anything, in recent cost estimation, the job is to select items from a list, so I guess the key is which ones to choose, right?
If you just keep selecting items, you can actually come up with a rough estimate.
Plus, anyone can do it. (To a certain extent, anyway.)
It imports PDFs downloaded from government websites and automatically fills in the fields—it’s incredibly high-performance and a breeze to use.
That said, since specialized construction methods, in particular, require a step-by-step approach, a certain level of expertise and experience is necessary.
In particular, most general contractors have someone on staff who is highly skilled at cost estimation.
These days, cost estimation for bids is quite demanding, so this is a very important position.
You’re really starting out as a specialized cost estimator, aren’t you? (It’s difficult because it depends on the region.)
So, when the bids are opened (after the bidding closes), everyone ends up with the same amount, so it comes down to a lottery, but,
It's amazing how they've managed to get the amounts to match up this precisely, isn't it?
I hear a lot of those heartbreaking stories about people losing in a lottery, lol.
It's not even about being a techie or whatever anymore,Lottery!
Even government offices are incorporating luck these days, lol.
So, our company also provides cost-estimation support to local businesses.
I do cost estimates for my areas of expertise: slope stabilization and anchor work.
And then the general contractor wins the bid.
After that,I'm getting a few quotes, so please take care of it.Wait...
Right?
The world seems easygoing, but it’s actually tough. Haha.

See you later.
