Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
A typhoon has been coming since the other night, hasn't it?
I hate it because the headwind after passing through is terrible, but the weather is absolutely perfect.
However, I'm at the NEXCO site today to coordinate things, but since there's going to be some crane work, I'm not sure how it will go.
Since there have been some fatal accidents on the nearby NEXCO highway recently, there’s a possibility the event might be canceled...
Well, since I definitely want to avoid working in conditions where there’s a high risk of accidents, I guess there’s no helping it.
When I was younger, I thought this phrase meant that typhoons would come one after another...
Those were some rough times when I was young. (laughs)
But that's beside the point.
We use a suspended core drill to drill holes about once a year, but it just doesn't seem to be working right.
Machines really do work best when you use them regularly.
Regular maintenance and operation are important.

So, when I opened it up this time, sure enough, the shaft where the shank rod fits was quite worn down.
In addition, the areas where grease didn't penetrate well showed particularly heavy wear.
Since I grease it every day for home use, I don't really think about it, but,
After all, since this machine is sometimes offered for lease, there are certain aspects that are simply unavoidable.
Although this machine is quite durable even when leased, it still requires regular maintenance.
This repair is going to cost a lot in parts. Haha.
We'll be changing the gear oil in the air motor's gearbox this time, too.
It was especially dirty, so I gave it a good wash and put in some fresh oil to help it perform better.

The same goes for both rotary percussion and spray guns—grease them every day!
Greasing it every day is essential.
If it's a mechanical problem that can be prevented with grease, it's a small price to pay.
The grease maintains lubrication as it melts due to heat.
The lubricating performance of grease is that it gradually melts away as the machine is used.
In this suspended drilling machine, there is a gear in the high-speed rotating section, and that part requires grease.
The more it rotates, the more the grease melts and lubricates, causing it to be expelled.
This means the machine will be less prone to breaking.
It is standard practice to grease the machinery every day.
See you later.
