When it comes to removable temporary ground anchors, does “removal” mean they can all be removed?
The government office told me to do that, so I'm putting together those documents lol
This is the basic structure of a temporary anchor.
Load-bearing element
Cable Ties
Polyethylene Pipe (Coated with PC Steel Wire))
Polyethylene Spacer
PC Steel Strand
Cement slurry
These are the materials used in a single unit. (The number of load-bearing elements and other components may vary depending on the design specifications.)
In the case of temporary anchors, the only component that is removed from this assembly is the prestressed steel strand.
No other components may be removed under any circumstances.
It goes without saying, but since removing everything would require excavation, it’s impossible.
Since the PC strand makes a U-turn at the load-bearing section, pulling on one end will cause it to slide out smoothly. (With a tensile load of about 1 metric ton.)
This is the only part that can be removed.
Even if you were to excavate that area, since it consists mainly of cement slurry without a core, it can be easily excavated using a backhoe (BH) or similar equipment.
The load-bearing structure is also made of iron, but since it's small, I think it can be easily cut open.
I gather that the government office also needed the documents when explaining the situation to the landowners.
