Please check in at the hotel or other accommodation, and the evening session will begin at 6:00 p.m.
We will provide details regarding the venue and other information for the evening session during the afternoon session.
There is no dress code, so please feel free to come in casual attire.
The matinee performance is at Wink Aichi, located a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station in Aichi Prefecture.
The conference room seats 84 people, so there's plenty of room!
It takes about 50 minutes by express train from Chubu Centrair International Airport
It's about a 30-minute bus ride from Komaki Prefectural Airport
Parking around Nagoya Station can be quite expensive, so I recommend using the hotel's parking lot!
