Public Civil Engineering Projects Require Manpower | Labor Shortage

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Did you notice?

Check out the job posting on the right side of the PC screen!! lol

Job Openings

I'm planning to submit my application to Hello Work next week.

We're thinking about posting a job opening on the Entertainment page soon as well. (The details are the same as on the page.)

This is not a recruitment effort aimed at expanding our business.

In our case,Hiring Employees to Ensure Quality and WorkmanshipI'd like to.

As expected, if you rush the construction, it will inevitably result in substandard workmanship and a decline in quality.

To prevent that from happening, while we may not be able to follow the design (cost estimate) exactly, we hope to proceed with construction using a workforce large enough to ensure and guarantee the finished product and quality.

That's why we need more people.

Of course, as the number of people increases, it gets harder to find free time, but I guess that can’t be helped.

However, since Enta currently handles 100% of its own management and construction in-house, a reduction in staff would make things difficult for the general contractor (in terms of the construction schedule) and could also lead to credibility issues.

The point is that we need more staff in order to ensure the highest possible quality of work.

This happens quite often in this industry—like, you show up for a job only to find that only two people showed up; or people just take the day off on their own because there’s no one else there; or the job turns out to require a certain number of people, but since they can’t do it, they just go home on their own, lol.

If I think about how we have to make sure that kind of thing never happens, it really comes down to the number of people, doesn't it?

If you're the type of person who says "I'll work for any company," then don't bother coming lol

It would be very difficult for them to continue working here.

Please come only if you are interested in working at Enta or Izumi.

Mindset and Attitude Drive Growth for Both the Individual and the CompanyThat's what I think, so I'd love to have people with that kind of drive join us!

See you later.
