I feel like I'm being chased by something this time of year lol
I imagine many of you feel as though you're being chased by something, with one task after another piling up on you.
By the time I've caught up with what I'm chasing, the fiscal year will be over.
Days like that...
But that's beside the point.
The other day, I went to a job site to assist one of our employees.
It was the day we were tightening the ground anchors, and I happened to notice something great about one of our employees! lol
You don't see many people doing things like this.
However, I thought this was very important, so I figured I'd post it.
As I mentioned in one of my previous articles, this is very important—but it turns out our employees have actually been doing it for a long time!
This is it.
Apply a generous amount of rust-preventative oil to the anchor head before putting the cap on!
No way! So you were actually doing that!
That's the gist of it.

What's more, they're actually applying epoxy paint—which they got from some job site—to the ends of the PC steel strands that were cut with an angle grinder!!
Plus, I was painting it with a hex wrench lol
It's a small thing, but this has increased the chances that permanent anchors will remain permanent.
According to the person in question,"I've always been pretty particular about quality!"
