Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I went to see a pro wrestling match for the first time in about 20 years!

As always, New Japan (New Japan Pro-Wrestling) is really entertaining!
I’m from the J. Baba and A. Inoki generation (back when I was in elementary school), so I absolutely love pro wrestling.
Compared to back then, when it had a more stoic feel and was more about individual battles, pro wrestling today emphasizes teamwork!
That's how it felt.
Back in the day, each person really stood out and had a strong sense of individuality, but I got the feeling that’s not quite the case anymore, though,
Team play is so much fun!
The real thrill of pro wrestling is that sound!
The sound of the bell and the sound of bodies colliding.
Only those who’ve been there can really understand that sense of immersion, right?
For a split second, it looked like he was going to pull off the Romero Special, but he didn't! (I really wanted to see that!!)
And, just like always, it’s a nonstop series of moves and thoughtful techniques designed to prevent injuries! lol Teamwork!
Once this move is executed, the next question is who will do what move. The sequence—a brawl outside the ring followed by a count-out in the ring—is amazing!
That entertainment is truly the best!
AlsoI think I'm getting hooked on pro wrestling. That's right.
Teamwork is important for us slope engineers, too.
As we go about our daily work, the team gradually comes together.
Even if it feels awkward at first, you'll improve little by little.
Generally speaking, when I watch people work, it seems to me that even on a single job, they can develop a good working rapport in as little as three months.
As the team keeps getting better and better, our work will get done faster.
While the team is coming together, the individual players' performance is actually declining.
That's because when you work as a team, you can't rely on that unspoken understanding when you join another team.
When teamwork goes well, it creates a synergistic effect that makes everything better.
Once that becomes unavailable, everything falls apart, and we have to start from scratch to get things back in order.

That’s exactly why the team should be reorganized repeatedly so that players can perform well even if they end up on different teams.
Doing so will help the entire team function smoothly.
We do have a set lineup to some extent, but the team is reorganized so that each player can perform at their best no matter where they're assigned.
I'm going back and forth between the legal framework and the anchor, lol.
Doing so helps each player improve their individual skills little by little, and no matter which team they join, they can usually build teamwork in just a day.
If you stick with just one fixed team, the negative consequences are bound to arise.
It's always better to keep the team fresh.
Since teachers need to grow as well, please learn a variety of teaching styles—one for each person.
See you later.
P.S.: It looks like there will be an opening in the Slope Team around the end of February.
If you have work scheduled around that time, please let me know.
The Anchor Team is fully booked through March.
