Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
How busy are you?
For some reason, I'm super bored right now—I'm in "boredom hell" mode this month.
I’d love it if you’d call me anytime, lol.
Right now, I have no choice but to do whatever it takes, so I can push myself harder than usual lol
And you know what's the worst part? My back really hurts lol

Aren't there a lot of people in this industry?
I've had lower back pain for many years now, and my knees give out, causing me to collapse suddenly.
Well, I'll just grit my teeth and push through, but my back hurts lol
For a while now, I've been thinking about wearing a corset.
As our seniors used to say, “Take care of your back—don’t push yourself too hard!”
He told me that if I push myself too hard, things could get really bad in the second half of my life.
I didn't think so at the time, but you really should listen to what your elders say, lol.
Seriously, my back is in really bad shape, lol.
Everyone, please be sure to take good care of your lower back while you work.
Young people shouldn't get too cocky either!
If a machine can do it, use it as much as possible. Don't strain yourself by lifting heavy objects.
Everything you’ve built up in your younger years catches up with you in your 40s, right? That goes for both your career and your health.
They say you should seek out hardship. That’s true, but when it comes to physical hardship, it’s best to keep it to a minimum.
Those days are long gone.
How can I be as efficient as possible? How can I work without getting tired?

The "hardships" mentioned above are what we call "experience."
I want you to have a variety of experiences.
This applies not only to slope stabilization work but also to anchor installation operations and supervision.
Just choose the parts you like or think you could get good at from among those options and turn them into your job.
Age doesn't matter! The moment you think, "Let's do this!" is the moment for change.
I know I got a little off track there, lol, but let's all take good care of our bodies!
Especially your own body!!
See you later.
