Have you started your Obon break yet?
That's pretty much how things are at our house.
It looks like things are coming together nicely on set, too.
This year, there are relatively—or rather, overwhelmingly—fewer on-site assignments, so I don't have to worry about juggling my schedule, but,
From the company's perspective, I'm really worried, lol.
It's especially tough in the Tokai region because there aren't many job opportunities.
How about in your area?
I don't have a job, but I've got plenty of days off, lol.
This is a real headache. I'm counting on government contracts!
A technical intern from Nepal, who joined our company at the end of August, visited us the other day!
They're a formidable group.
With this, we’ve gained another new team member, and I think we’ll be able to put even more effort into our fieldwork than we do now!
Furthermore, since we can assign more staff to the project, I believe we can complete the work more quickly.
I think things are going to get busier and busier at work once Obon is over!
A company with a large workforce is a great asset in situations like that.
