I've been making all kinds of things for the past few days, so I don't even have to worry about my budget anymore!

That's the conclusion I came to. Just on my own, lol.

"Isn't the real thrill of being a site supervisor about the money?" For a while, I thought that too.

If anything, I still feel that way.

I've started to wonder if that might be fine for things like cost estimates for government-contracted construction projects.

Since budget-related figures are ultimately just indicators of how much profit the company made, wouldn't it be fine to handle them automatically?

 

A company’s basic operating costs are pretty much fixed. (This is especially true for small and medium-sized businesses run by independent contractors.)

That portion is fixed, and the rest of the budget is automatic.

In fact, if you simply calculate your monthly revenue and expenses, you can get a general idea of the company's cash flow.
(It probably won't be that easy for major companies, but I think it can be automated to some extent.)

So that means it can pretty much be done automatically, right!?

So, just as an experiment, I tried making something like this.

I just put together a budget as a test, but,

The fact that this can be done online means that setting unit prices at the company-wide level will be easy.

 

For example, if a company has 10 employees working in two teams, it’s possible to establish a rough benchmark for unit prices.

If the unit price is roughly this much, you'll make about this much profit!

Things like that, too.

If you keep compiling this data every month, the accuracy will improve, allowing you to create a budget tailored to that company.

Although we'll be running AI in the background to collect data.

You don't have to go through any hassle—just enter the area, and you'll get a rough estimate of the unit price.

Getting a quote is easy, isn't it?

 

I want to save time wherever possible, so I’ll keep refining things a bit more while keeping these ideas in mind.

I hope this unit price simulator turns out to be useful someday.

 

For example, adjusting the unit price based on the degree of the mountain's undulation.

Even though machines are becoming more and more automated, I can’t help but wonder, “Why isn’t paperwork being automated too?”

"Like some total idiot, I'm still having to enter the monthly vehicle reports into Excel, lol"
