Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Do you feel like there are fewer documents on-site?

There are CCUS, GreenSite, Buildy, and all sorts of other systems, right?
So, what do you all think?
Isn't this just creating more work in the end?
For example, if there is only one general contractor and that company is the only one performing the construction work, I don’t think there would be any problem at all.
Also, even if you’re a prime contractor and only know one system because that’s the one you use, that’s totally fine, lol.

But we subcontractors use a ton of digital transformation systems, anyway!! lol
They ask for every conceivable document—it’s almost laughable.
For the general contractor, it’s over as soon as they say “submit it,” but it’s really tough for the subcontractors.
I can't export or import anything between systems at all!
Start entering from 1.
If there is even the slightest discrepancy in the format, the date entered, or the content, an alert email will be sent requesting corrections and resubmission.
I'm fighting in a timeline where even a single mistake isn't allowed, lol.
When I think about it, back in the day, even if things were a little different or the format was slightly off, as long as we had the documents, it wasn't a problem.
Is the construction industry really becoming more efficient thanks to digital transformation??
It's getting harder and harder to understand, isn't it?

I believe that digitizing documents means standardizing them.
I think this is the way to go.
I really wish companies would stop trying to be so unique.
A company that produces documents with a strong unique character, even though there is a standardized format called the "Zenken Style"…
I really wish they'd stop.
Why not just use the All-Japan Construction Industry Standard Form for safety documents?
The subcontractors are really struggling with all the paperwork, lol (site manager, lol)
When you look at the construction DX software companies you often see at construction fairs and the like, subcontractors who really understand these issues are totally fed up with them lol.
Everyone touts their uniqueness, but there isn’t a single company out there that can say, “We can integrate everything using the Zenken style!”
If you can pull that off, I think you'll be the clear winner, lol.
I hope that true digital transformation in the construction industry will move forward.
See you later.
