We held a special training session on low-voltage electrical work last Saturday.
We’ll read the text together while providing explanations in Vietnamese and Nepali (and English).
That said, I’m still studying the main points thoroughly while looking up difficult expressions in the app.
We reviewed the basics of electricity, circuit breakers, and other related topics.
Then, I confirmed their understanding of the work the company does and provided a slightly more technical explanation.
We have some new interns, but I’d also like to provide a refresher and a more detailed explanation for the interns who have been with us so far.
What is the purpose of our work?

I gave a lecture on topics such as stopping by friction and stopping by weight.
Lately, we've gradually been able to hold study sessions like this, and
I hope we can continue to improve safety standards at the company.
Surprisingly, there are a lot of people who don't really understand why they're doing this.
It would be great if I could create a textbook and teach it at work, but I just don't have the time for that.
I found myself thinking, “I’d like to make something like that.”
I feel like I've got one more thing to do... lol
But education is important!
Whether they're Japanese or trainees.
After all, this is what leads to safety and high-quality construction!!
