I've really come to realize that even inexpensive earplugs are quite effective!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I've been drilling anchor holes again for the past few days—does everyone wear earplugs?

Earplugs

Back when I was a coach, I wasn't always in a noisy environment, so I didn't do it.

But lately, I've been using the items listed above.

Before that, I was using earmuffs, lol.

TOYO Earmuffs

Lately, I've been using simple silicone earplugs.

It's the kind of thing you can buy at a home improvement store for a few hundred yen.

I've started to think, "Maybe this is actually pretty high-performance after all?"

Since earmuffs cover the entire ear, it becomes harder to hear speech, but,

Surprisingly, you can actually hear conversations and such just fine with these silicone earplugs.

I can hear better than I expected, it's lightweight, and it doesn't feel too awkward, so I'm really happy with it.

In my experience, the metallic clang of the hammer keeps ringing in the back of my ears, so,

I find myself thinking, “Wouldn’t it be enough just to prevent that?”

These silicone earplugs do a great job of blocking out high-frequency sounds.

Our rotary percussion produces noise levels of over 130 dB—the highest in the industry!

Noise

You can't hear me unless I speak really loud within a 30 cm range, lol.

Plus, it's super loud even from quite a distance away.

It's no wonder your ears would go crazy working in an environment like that!

Even cheap earplugs from a home improvement store will do—so make sure to take good care of yourself for your golden years! lol

There’s a clear difference between doing it and not doing it, and it even affects how tired you feel.

Be sure to wear earplugs, and encourage others to do the same!

Let's take charge of our own health!!

See you later.
