Lately, I've been getting about five questions a day.
Most of the time, I can't reply right away—the earliest I can is that same evening.
It'll take about two days at the latest.

I’m answering all the questions to the best of my ability.
To convey the information as accurately as possible, I consult books to some extent, and if I’ve forgotten something, I make an effort to answer by asking our employees or double-checking with them.
I’m sure those who have asked questions understand this well, but even so, I have one request for those who ask questions.
Some people ask quite long questions, while others ask about every single detail.
It's fine because I always get a proper reply, but when I don't hear back, I start to worry too! lol
Basically, I just want to know the result, lol.
It’s actually pretty heartbreaking to have a pretty in-depth conversation via email and then not be told the outcome, isn’t it?
It's just so one-sided...
When you ask me a question, please let me know the result!
It's okay to just say whether it went well or not, right?
I need to think about what went wrong and what went right, and this will also serve as a learning experience for me.

When I think about it, I wonder if it might be a good idea to create something on the site that would allow for that kind of specialized support (where anyone could respond).
By doing so, we can document the simulated on-site experience and our ability to respond to it, and share it with everyone.

Something simple like "I did it," "I couldn't do it," "It went well," or "It didn't go well" is fine.
Data gets accumulated, after all. That data is important, isn't it?

There are quite a few people who are incredibly eager to ask questions but never reply to the answers we give them, aren't there?
