Things have calmed down a bit.

For one reason or another, it looks like the carryover construction work will be pushed back to April or later, so February will likely be a quiet month focused on equipment maintenance.

These past few years have been a whirlwind of activity all year round.

I have a few projects carried over from February and March, so I'll be working nonstop.

I’m truly grateful to have been given the opportunity to work without a moment’s rest.

Looks like I'll have some free time for the first time ever in February lol

Originally,Entertainment to the RescueSince we operate with this approach, we often handle projects that are a bit complicated or require urgent attention.

If I continue to be called in for projects with tight deadlines or challenging job sites like these, I believe I’ll be able to carry out the work by combining my perspectives as both a construction manager and a contractor.

That said, I work with government agencies on cost estimates for design changes in carryover construction projects.

We’ve been making one change after another on-site since last year, but this is actually the first time we’ve formalized a change order, lol.

Since I didn't know that, there was a misunderstanding with the government office and we just couldn't get on the same page lol

It looks like I'll be surprisingly busy these next few days.

Well, I have paperwork to sort through for four completed construction sites, so I guess I’ll be busy with paperwork for a while.

There are plenty of machines that need fixing, and we’ve got some little projects coming up, like modifying the suspended drilling machine (which I’m personally looking forward to).

I do have things to do, but I’d really like to go out to the field, so if anyone is in a bind, please give me a call.

Right now, I can go anywhere.

I’d like to start experimenting with antifreeze soon, so I want to get ready, but the yard at the Nagano job site I’m working on right now is too small to do any experiments, so I’m wondering what to do lol.

There are some experiments that can only be done during this time of year, so I’d like to keep that in mind as well.

Even though there are things I need to do and things I want to do, I rarely get around to them on a daily basis, so times like this when I have some free time might actually be pretty important.

We can provide support for the following trades: ground anchor installation, rebar insertion, and mortar spraying, among others (it will be difficult to provide support for retaining wall work, as the slope work crew is already fully booked and very busy).

We have the equipment. We can also handle construction management.

You can buy almost any type of anchor material (as long as it isn't covered by a construction method patent).
