Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Today's post has absolutely nothing to do with slopes or the construction industry, but I just wanted to share a little bit of information.
Do you take supplements often?

I drink this, too.
It's a supplement containing theanine that helps you wake up feeling refreshed.
It contains amino acids—the same kind found in tea and other things—which have a relaxing effect. It helps me wake up feeling refreshed in the morning, and I feel like I’ve had a good night’s sleep lol.
Since I haven't been going out to work on-site much lately, my body isn't tired. My brain might be tired, though—I've been having trouble falling asleep.
So I rely on supplements like this lol
Actually, I've always liked supplements, so after trying out a bunch of different ones, I ended up choosing this one.
I use this supplement because it comes in a large size and is inexpensive.
By the way, here's how to take this supplement.

It looks like this—it's capsule-shaped.
I guess the inside is probably bitter or something.
I suppose that’s because it’s a capsule, but when it comes to how to take this, just taking it with water isn’t enough.
That's because, apparently, 40 percent of the capsule-type supplements on the market don't dissolve or get absorbed and are simply excreted from the body.
This means there is a very high likelihood that it will not dissolve if you drink it as is.
I guess I could just open the capsule, but that would make it bitter and hard to swallow, so that's nonsense lol

So here's a tip!
When you take it, put it in your mouth and chew it with your back teeth.
Even if you bite down on it hard, it doesn't break or crumble at all!! lol
You'll probably find yourself thinking, "Is it really this sturdy?!"
And it doesn't really melt, lol.
I always take my supplements while drinking coffee, and I chew them up thoroughly along with the coffee.
I try to swallow it just when I’m wondering, “Has a hole formed? Has it melted a little?”
Since you're going to drink it anyway, you want it to work, right?
Starting today, please chew your supplements thoroughly before swallowing them.
*However, this does not apply to prescribed medications, as the dissolution time and other factors may have been taken into account when they were prescribed.
See you later.
"Kuden Pro" launched on May 10, but since some users have found the pricing confusing, here is an overview of the fees.
Unlimited access to all videos for one year: 60,000 yen (subscription)
Unlimited access to all videos for one month: 20,000 yen (subscription)
Purchase just one of each video: 20,000 yen
Updates are posted twice a month.
We've designed it so that you can learn work tips and construction methods just by watching, so I think it can be used for employee training and new hire orientation.
I also hope this will provide some useful insights for experienced users as well.
