This job site was particularly cold, and the water kept freezing over and over again.
It’s still okay during the day, but it gets especially cold in the mornings and evenings, and since I wanted the grout to set quickly, I used hot water.
外気に触れてどんどん冷たくなるのですが、最終注入口でもぬるーいお湯って位の暖かさでした。(温度は測っていません)
Since the ground is warmer than the outside air after injection, it is believed that the material cured stably without the temperature dropping significantly.
As the saying goesImmersion HeaterIt's a more powerful version of that, isn't it?
200Vで1m3程度なら数時間で40度くらいにはなります。(どんどん水を使えばいいのですが、このタイプは温度設定をするサーモスタッド別売りで高くて。。。なので加水しないとどんどん上がっていきますｗ)
By evening, it had gotten so hot I couldn't touch it, so I kept adding water as needed.
When I mixed it using that hot water, it ended up at about this temperature.
It's really hard to take the temperature—sometimes it goes up just while I'm writing on the blackboard, lol.
It's tough because the thermometer can't be locked. Haha.
