Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, one of our younger staff members did their first lashing. Haha.
It seems difficult to let the net hang down without it getting snagged.

It reminds me of how everyone used to be like this at first.
It's important to stay true to your original intentions!
We must never forget our original intentions.

But that's beside the point.
How to Make a Packer (Part 3)
In the previous steps, we cut off all the packers and injection hoses.
For the steps covered so far, it’s more efficient to complete them all at once if the fixed length and free length are the same.
However, please be careful about the length.
Anchors may look the same but have different embedment lengths.
Please keep in mind that even if they’re the same length, they’re not all exactly the same.
If the site manager confirms that all the anchors are the same this time, then that’s fine, but,
Please exercise extreme caution if you hear that there are two or three different lengths for the fixation length.
As I mentioned in my previous post, it’s fine if it’s long, but if it’s too short, you’ll have to buy a new packer.
Please be careful.

First, thread the packer through the anchor.
I'll put off closing the tip for now.

Once you've slipped the packer over the anchor, close the tip.
This part is very important.
ThisThe pressure of the grout inside the packer and its own weight are concentrated at the very tip. This is the section.
If this comes loose, you're in trouble. The packer will stop working.
So, actually, I forgot to take any photos from this point on...
I'm going to go take some photos at the warehouse now. lol
I'm sorry, but I'll have to put this off until tomorrow... lol
I'm definitely not just dragging this article out, am I? lol
I'm just going out for a bit!

See you later.

Bitter memories of Tokyo… It reminds me of the smell associated with what’s commonly called “bamboo shoot peeling”… (^_^;)
Thank you for your hard work.
Thank you as always.
Peeling bamboo shoots? That sounds kind of scary, lol.
Everyone has their share of bitter memories, after all, lol.
