How to Make a Packer (Part 3)

In the previous steps, we cut off all the packers and injection hoses.

For the steps covered so far, it’s more efficient to complete them all at once if the fixed length and free length are the same.

However, please be careful about the length.

Anchors may look the same but have different embedment lengths.

Even if they’re the same type and length, they’re not all exactly the same.Please just keep that in mind.

If the site manager confirms that all the anchors are the same this time, then that’s fine, but,

Please be very cautious when you hear that there are two or three different lengths for the fixation length. (They may differ significantly.)

As I mentioned in my previous post, it’s fine if it’s long, but if it’s too short, you’ll have to buy a new packer.

First, thread the packer through the anchor.

I'll put off closing the tip for now.

Once you've slipped the packer over the anchor, close the tip.

This part is very important.
