Calculating Frame Materials (Part 5) | Auxiliary Anchors

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Last night, I attended a class reunion in Nagoya.

I went to that famous high school lol

Some of you may not know this, but,

Kagoshima Commercial High SchoolThat's how it was.

That's when the bad habits of people from Kagoshima come out. (Especially the seniors...)

I'm being made to drink! Drink, drink—I'm being made to drink! Drink, drink!!!

And then I get totally wasted lol

*Indomitable spirit: Never losing heart, no matter what difficulties one faces.

But that's beside the point.

Calculating Legal Framework Materials (Part 4) Legal Framework: A Comprehensive Overview

Up until the last time, we had covered the number of frames in the legal area.

At the end of the last episode

(Horizontal Span + 1) = Number of Horizontal Intersections

(Vertical span + 1) = Number of vertical intersections

I think I wrote that.

I'll use this.

Horizontal Span × Number of Auxiliary Anchors × Number of Vertical Intersections = Number of Auxiliary Anchors

If the legal limit is 300, that means three, so...

6 spans × 3 poles × 10 junctions = 180 poles

Horizontal Span × Number of Vertical Intersections = Drain Pipe

6 spans × 10 vertical intersections = 60 points

In the case of a 300-unit housing complex

Assuming that the length of each section of PVC is 0.35 m,

0.35 m × 60 locations = 21 m

21 m ÷ 4 m (per PVC pipe) = 5.25 pipes = 6 pipes

Number of vertical intersections × Number of horizontal intersections = Number of main anchors

10 intersections × 7 intersections = 70 lines

That's how it works.

So, in terms of the rough loss rate, the auxiliary anchor pins account for just under 20 percent,

I think the main anchor should be about the number of intersection points plus 20, but,

Just as with the legal framework, it’s fine to proceed with the second shipment while monitoring progress.

The job of a construction manager is to figure out how to minimize material waste.

Next up is mortar.

See you later.
