That Thing About Flowcone

It usually comes with the Flowcone when you buy it, but,
Some supervisors who are aware of this item occasionally say that they absolutely can't do without it.
This means that even if the flow cone is slightly tilted when pouring grout into it,
This is a guideline indicating that you should insert it until grout adheres to this tip in the center.
This length is the same as the line on the inside of the flow cone.
If the flow cone is horizontal, there's no particular problem, but this is where it comes in handy when it isn't.
Well, it doesn't really make much of a difference either way, but strictly speaking, it might be better to have it.

The flow cone is intended solely to measure flowability.
By measuring it every day, you can check whether the fluidity remains constant, and if the concentration is constant, you can predict that the formulation is also constant.
So, you use Mad Balance to check that mix.
Check the flowability using a flow cone and verify the mix design using a mud balance.
That's how we maintain consistent quality.
