Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I heard a phrase I hadn't heard in a while lol
"That guy (the president) never comes to the worksite!"

Apparently, that's what the craftsman said. (Not about me, but about someone else.)
I thought, "This is bad!!"
The really crazy thing is the person who actually said this, lol.
I was told that myself in the past, but looking back now, that’s where it all began.
Basically, it means that employee has started to mistakenly believe that I'm higher up than the president!
To begin with, the president himself doesn't really think of himself as being above or below the employees.
Despite that, this is exactly the kind of comment an employee who thinks they're lower in the hierarchy makes when they get something wrong and start claiming they're higher up lol
Other comments included things like, “You can’t do anything on the job, yet...” and so on.
"Cannot drill a hole"
"Cannot be sprayed"
"I'm the one running things on the ground."
He starts saying, “The president should be the first one on the scene,” lol.

Well, it's just so obviously stupid that it makes me laugh lol
I think every company is pretty much the same, but everyone has a different role.
For example, people who are good with paperwork, people who are good at planning, people who are good at maintaining machinery, and people who are skilled at operating drones.
Everyone has their own roles and strengths and weaknesses, right?
Since we can't do it alone, we've formed an organization so we can all work together.
Just because the president is at the top doesn't mean he's anything more than one of the cogs in the machine.
However, the CEO’s most important job is to take ultimate responsibility and make the final decision.
Even if an employee makes a mistake that causes damage, the responsibility ultimately lies with the president. (As a company)
That's the CEO's job, and,
Going to the workplace where employees are working and nitpicking over every little detail is not part of the job.
Unable to recognize that, or without recognizing it,Employees who start saying things like "I'm the boss"は
It is wiser to terminate the employee as early as possible.
It feels like a waste since people like that are good at their jobs, but let’s stop it before it spreads to everyone else!
It's not like the story about the rotten tangerine, lol
As I mentioned in a previous blog post,
In my case, I was even told, “If I’m not here, this company will go under,” lol.
It's because of that experience that I am where I am today ^^
Thanks to you all, I'm barely hanging on lol

And it’s no fun having people who make comments like that around!
First of all, the atmosphere on set is always tense, and the schedule changes depending entirely on that person’s mood.
That's really bad.
If anything, it's the worst team.
Things won't go well overall.
There's a higher chance that someone will get fed up and quit, or suddenly disappear.
(Based mostly on personal experience)
If you rub shoulders with red, you'll turn red
People are easily influenced by those around them, and depending on the people they associate with, they can become either good or bad.

Even a good group can gradually deteriorate because of the actions or words of just one bad person.
A good team cannot be built unless each individual takes the initiative and acts on their own ideas.
The most important thing is for everyone to be able to enjoy their work with a sense of autonomy!!
Regardless of whether there’s a good fit or not, if an employee exhibits this kind of misguided behavior, make a decision as soon as possible!
See you later
