It’s time for the construction industry to promote itself more and attract more young people!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, there was a post like this on X.

Has the world really become this harsh?

We construction workers gave it a try, too, lol.

Japanese Construction Companies

That's pretty much how we construction workers see "Chi-Ushi," right? lol

Construction companies can’t get started without first posting job openings and conducting interviews.

With candidates not even showing up for interviews, everyone is really struggling, aren't they?

However, statistics show that approximately 590,000 young people in Japan are NEETs (unemployed).

If they can somehow be drawn into the construction industry, it will go some way toward resolving the 2025 problem.

It would be great if we could make even a small impression on them, wouldn't it?

That said, since many of those people are fairly well-off, I suppose it’s probably difficult...

I wish we could do a better job of promoting the merits of the construction industry and slope stabilization work.

I’d really like to attract even more young people to the construction industry, which is set to keep getting better in the future.

See you later.
